How are you going to reward your customers for their loyalty? In simple terms, how many points will they earn for each £ they spend with you?
To start, we recommend making 1 point equal to £1.00 spent to make it easy for your customers to see how easy it is to earn points.
As your customers collect their points, we need to set a threshold target for them to receive rewards. Typically, we recommend sending a £10.00 Voucher for every 200 points spent, but the choice is all yours. If you set a higher threshold then that is no problem, maybe 500 points and a £50.00 voucher.
You’re in charge. You decide the threshold based on the average spend of your customers which enables you to control how you reward your customers.

Once you decide on your thresholds, let us know at email@example.com. That’s it, from then on, the reward the system will deliver your rewards by post and email every week automatically. And adding points to your customer’s account is super easy – just a few taps on your branded app and you’re done.
