Smoke & Dough launched in the Autumn of 2019. At the time of the launch, they had already put in place a full loyalty programme with us. This gave them the tools to collect data pre-launch, communicate over multiple platforms and give back to the customers before they had even visited. After a successful launch period, Smoke & Dough have now won “Best New Business” at the Liverpool Lifestyle Awards 2020.
